Parish Building Fund
The Parish Building Fund helps cover expenses for repairs and maintenance of the church. While some of these be foreseen and predicted, most of the time they are not. This is how we pay for things like repairing leaks, broken steps, failing furnaces, etc.
Service
We show stewardship and care for the Master’s house through our time and the work of our hands. {Link to Form}
Parish Workdays: These are scheduled frequently throughout the year.
Have a Truck: If you have a truck or trailer and can help out moving things, please let Fr. Kendall know.
Parish Events: Help out, or attend any of the Parish Events throughout the year.
St. Mary’s Garden: You may notice many flowers and landscaped areas around the parish grounds. These are made possible and beautiful through the work and care of parishioners. If you would like to be a Steward of the Garden, contact the Parish Office.
St.Mary’s Outreach: Food Pantry, contact the Outreach Center to volunteer.
Altar Servers and Maidens of Mary: Serve the altar of God as one of our altar servers or Maidens of Mary.
Knights of Columbus: Through service, prayer and fraternity, the Knights of Columbus support the care and activity of the parish.
Altar & Rosary Society: The parish Altar & Rosary Society helps with the care of the church and many of our parish events throughout the year.
Prayer
Often overlooked is the Stewardship and need of prayers for the parish. Most especially effective are the prayers of those who are homebound or no longer able to do physical work. Consider offering a Novena to the Holy Spirit before a significant parish event or project; a daily prayer of devotion or weekly Holy Hour for the success of the work of the parish and provision of her needs.
